All the different patterns inside of each lollipop were printed on edible paper with edible ink using stamps made with moulds of the London Bridge area manholes
The lollipops were of different flavours depending on the colour
People could wander around that location trying to match the patterns inside the lollipops with the manholes marked on the map, which is on the back of the information paper attached to the candy
